Spine and Pelvis for Health Professionals
Step beyond the fundamentals of spinal structure with our Spine CPD Workshop. Delve deep into the intricate workings of the spine and pelvis, gaining a profound understanding of the underlying processes. Explore the dynamic interplay between the deep musculature and the spinal column, crucial for maintaining optimal spinal mechanics. Discover how these deep muscles coordinate with their superficial counterparts to promote spinal health.
Our workshop unravels the core musculature, shedding light on concepts like intra-abdominal pressure and thoracolumbar fascia, pivotal in supporting pelvic positioning and, consequently, spinal well-being. We also delve into the biomechanical influence of the spine on other areas of the body, including the shoulders, pelvis, and lower body.
By the workshop’s conclusion, you will not only possess the skills to assess and treat complex conditions such as disk issues, osteoarthritis, and nerve problems but also grasp the profound anatomical intricacies underlying these conditions. This comprehensive knowledge equips you to address the root causes of spinal dysfunction effectively, ensuring lasting relief for your clients.
