Absolutely, we aim our courses at every level of therapist, whether you are just starting out or at an advanced stage. We carefully build the knowledge over the day, starting with the basics and working up to a high level of anatomical and biomechanical knowledge. Working this way ensures we don’t loose anyone on the way. 

Yes! This course is perfect for Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches. Understanding how the shoulder works is essential to safe and effective training principles. Underpinning all our courses is  Sports Science knowledge, perfect for the personal trainer to add to their training knowledge in a more functional and bio-mechanical way.

The course starts at 10am and finishes at 5pm. We pack a huge amount into the day so request that people arrive on time or even early if they can.

All our workshops are highly practical and this one is no exception. In order to understand and become proficient in the skills being learn’t it is important to partake in the practical elements. 

However, if you are not comfortable with being assessed this is not a problem and we will have plenty of people available on the day for you to assess.
