It is often claimed that core stability is a myth, often because training seems to have limited effects. This webinar looks at the muscles responsible for stabilising the trunk and pelvis and most importantly the spine, giving the spinal column both stability and joint space.
Collectively we call these muscles ” the core” and they can be quite controversial.
In this webinar we look at how we can train the core all we like, but if the firing patterns are incorrect we will achieve a strong but ultimately, non functional core. As always this is great for both trainers and therapists.
